Please be aware that all treatment times stated are inclusive of consultation & preparation time. For your safety and wellbeing a consultation card must be completed on your first visit, so please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for this.
Refunds and Exchanges
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please notify us on booking if you are pregnant so that we are able to adapt the treatment for your needs. Please also inform your therapist of any medical condition prior to your treatment as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. If you are taking medication, are postoperative, pregnant or have a medical condition, it is advisable that you consult your doctor before embarking on any treatment or programme. Certain medical conditions may preclude you from having some of the treatments. If you have any allergies, particularly to nuts, seafood or wheat, please advise us at the time of booking as some of our oils are not suitable, we can then advise you on an alternative oil and treatment.
We do not recommend any waxing or facials directly before or after any form of heat treatment.
Please note we are unable to proceed with any foot treatments if you suffer from athlete’s foot, verruca or fungal infections or any contiguous skin condition.
Please note there will be additional 2% surcharge applied on credit cards. We do not accept American Express. Minimum payment on card £15.
Please be aware that we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy on treatments you will be charged 50% within this time and 100% if you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to show.
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Patch testing is required 48 hours prior to the treatment for clients who have never had eyelash tinting and eyebrows tinting.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your must bring along your voucher to your appointment. Late cancellation and “failure to show” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.
All courses must be paid in full at time of booking and completed within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.
No Smoking Policy
Vaishali Skin Care is a non smoking environment, including our surroundings.
As respect to our clients during their relaxing visit at Vaishali Skin Care and for health and safety reasons we kindly ask that you respect our policy of no children under the age of ten. With regret due to health and safety regulations we advise a salon is not the safest place for a child/children, since hot tools, very sharp objects and chemicals are in regular use. Our therapists are unable to carry out your treatment if they also need to keep an eye on child safety. We Thank you for your support and understanding in this matter. Children are ONLY permitted in the salon area when the child is receiving a service. We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. We do not have the facilities to care for children. Please understand that our concern is the safety of your child. We write this notice without the intent of offending and hope that you will aid us in keeping our salon a safe environment. Please contact us if you have concerns or questions about our new policy.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact your therapist within 7 days of that service. however we would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as we do value you as a guest.
